My name is John and this is me playing Pachelbel’s canon in D. Nylon string classical guitar recorded on my budget webcam and using my notebooks onboard mic. It’s not true to any particular TAB version floating around the net and I know the timings all over the place. Still, I hope you enjoy.
*******
Due to the huge number of requests for the tablature, you can download it here.

I neeeed to learn this! I cry every time I hear it.
well i think is how you fell coz if your feeling nostalgic and not necesay sad or deppresed you can play slowly and its freacking good but if you fell happy a go out with your friends you can play it fast and its freacking awsome!
amazing dude
i wanna learn this now
agreed, sounds great fast or slow
based on what ground, does this piece prove to be “TOO” fast? Isn’t that a matter of choice and taste?
i like it fast. makes me feel like i need to practice more
too fast guy!!
May I suggest a metronome, this piece is better enjoyed slowly, sort of like good sex, sorta.
Dude, you played it way too fast…!
very nice song… and well played.
nicely done and a clean rendition.
wow…I wish I could play this!
it was too fast … follow the midi thats come with the file . well good
Great rendition…much better about halfway through when you slowed the tempo though. This is one of those pieces where too fast, just doesn’t work.
The tempo is waaay too fast! What the hell man; what you tryin’ to prove?!
Avesome
Nice, now I’m learning this canon;)
teach me how to play this!!!!!!! asap
me either, I can only play lead and rhythm, I just can’t control all of my fingers at the same time, it’s to hard, but I managed to play cannon in d, a simpler version than this
well maybe you should stop trying to conect your acoustic guitar to your amp.
cause you know… well you just can’t
cant play classical 4 some resone!
