   It happens because 2 versions of this episode (and of 3 other episodes) were produced with new scenes. Those versions are known as director’s cuts. They contain new scenes and dialoges not found on the regular episodes and explain a lot of questions left by the director.

   Rnadom question.

   Ive found two versions of Evangelion Episode 24. Or rather, two different voice actors for Kaworu in english.

   One is a flamey, dipsy voiceover, and another is a soft, fluid, smooth voice.

   Which one is which and how can I find the second voice? I have one of the dvd’s, I dont think its the directors cut, I havent checked recently, however I NEED to find the second voice!! HALP!

    I love this song so much. I often find myself humming this song as I walk around and about. It simply is a marvelous song. Evangelion and this song also lifted my depression. I have led a truly wonderful life filled with joy since I have heard that song, a life in which I am able to appreciate beauty when I see it, as opposed to my life before, where my only joy and comfort came from novels. Now, after hearing this, I can enjoy life to the fullest! Thank you Evangelion, may you, too, enjoy life!

    oh my gosh, Death and Rebirth <3
    the ending sequence after Kaworu dies.. when it shows the sunset and plays Canon, and when Shinji leaves the auditorium alone

    it leaves such a clear image in my head. Thanks for uploading this.

    Canon in D was a major theme throughout Eva: Death and Rebirth, I suggest you watch it and get the full effect.
