Albert’s narrative and communication ability is beyond fantastic.
Too fast? Fast means knowledge. If he is too fast for you: just replay it.
This man could sell snow to the Eskimos.
Dan
nice review…thank you very much
My money saving starts now!
haha dude, that is weird.. I’m the same with you !
and i have bought the 4890 and GD70 LOL
Albert is the man, I always feel better about buying stuff after he has reviewed it. My 4890, 5870, GD70, and now a Canon 7D.
Have had this camera for about 3 months and fell in love with photography and now starting to do it professionaly…GO 7D!
who needs a APS-C sensor?
Best introduction to this camera on the net.
@3guys1girlandfetus google it ?^^
Please slow down a bit…you talk very fast!
what is BULB for?
If you’re going to spend the money for this quality of camera then don’t buy the lens bundle, buy the body only. The 7D is a pro quality camera and you should use L lenses with it to get the best images you can out of it. Using lower quality glass with this high quality camera is nuts. Get the 24-105 f/4 L lens as your all around lens to go along with this camera.
@IntensePizza – The 7D is 8fps in full light situations, but it drops down to as low as 3fps in low light situations. What made me buy this is the amazing auto focus that is essential for sports photography.
@me33o How much?
The video mentions that this is a new lens which was released with the 7D, that lens isnt new at all I bought it a year ago now when the 7D wasent available and am pretty sure its had been around for while before I got it. I think canon has been releasing with a different kit lens which is 17- something and looks similar but it much more expensive.
My 7D actually sounds faster than that. Maybe there wasn’t enough light in there to get the full 8fps.
excellent review. thanks!
I have a T1l. I’m upgrading to the 7D as soon as I get my next check!!!!!
Great flickr page. I just got mine a couple of days ago and I was gonna upgrade to a 5D2, i went from a T1i to a 7D and was debating whether I should get the 5D2, but despite the 5D2 being full frame, it just can’t beat the 7D’s AF system and action photography potential.
@talldude123 haha now how many megapixels does not tell the whole story…like the sony 900 is 24 megapixel….but its equevvelant to a nikkon 12mp ……those are the flagship models
I bought a 7D a few months ago. Its a phenomenal camera. It’s got everything you could ever need. I got it as my first DSLR, yeah jumped right in the deep end. I love it. You can check some of my shots on Flickr, user: eckypro
Best APS-C camera right now. Nice review.
I’ll start saving my money for this.
18.0 Megapixels??? Puts my 8.2 megapixel to shame.
